Apres Skate Like A Pro This Winter

It’s a season for bold drinks, and we’re ready to break the ice — our Igloo Pop-Ups are officially back. Stop by after skating on our private rink, or reserve an igloo with friends and family any day of the week.

Haven’t experienced our seasonal pop-up before? Each igloo is heated and perfectly sized for groups of four. Our aptly titled Apres Skate menu features small plates and shared items that’ll not only fill you up, they’ll also warm you up (get cozy with our House-made Venison Chili, for starters). But no matter what you do, don’t miss out on the winter libations. From our Spiked Hot Chocolate to our Old Fashioned (made with small-batch bourbon), you’ll be buzzing in no time. 

 

Keen to bring our apres menu home? We’re sharing the recipe for our crowd-pleasing Caramel Espresso Martini below so that you can enjoy our favorite pick-me-up cocktail without packing up your suitcase.

 

Gurney’s Caramel Espresso Martini 

 

Ingredients: 

2 oz Absolut Vanilla Vodka

0.75 oz Kahlua (or coffee liqueur of your choice) 

1 oz Freshly brewed espresso (or cold brew concentrate)

One teaspoon of Caramel Syrup

 

Instructions: 

1- Add vodka, coffee liqueur, espresso, and caramel syrup to a shaker filled with ice.

2- Shake until well-mixed.

3- Strain into a chilled martini glass.
