Family-Friendly Fare in Montauk with Zaynab of The New York Nest

Think Mykonos in Montauk. There’s an amazing boho vibe, an unreal sunset view, and a family-friendly menu. Do yourself a favor and order their famous lobster salad, but make sure you have someone to share it with because it’s quite the feast! 

Moby’s Pizza East Hampton

“Go here for some of the best wood-fired pizza, pasta, and salad in town. Their outdoor seating was very well thought out, too; the outdoor tent is beautiful and adorned with string lights to create an elegant, intimate ambiance. 

Bostwick’s Chowder House

This place serves laid-back comfort food that hits the spot after a long morning on the beach! Head here for yummy lobster rolls, fresh seafood, and drinks that are quick, delicious, and casual. 

Shagwong Tavern Montauk 

We’ve visited this tavern enough times during the fall and winter months to know that it’s always on point (and they get extra points for staying open year-round).  It’s a cozy, staple dinner spot for fresh seafood, but they also serve delicious gyros—which I’ve found somewhat hard to find in Montauk! 

The Crow’s Nest Montauk

This place is truly the heart of the Hamptons. A little bit whimsical and certainly romantic, it happens to be one of our favorite date night spots! For those with kids, The bar is right on the beach and it’s equipped with comfortable daybeds, so I highly recommend grabbing drinks at sunset. We’ve gone with our toddler, and it’s been great—e plays in the sand while we enjoy the view!
