After an extensive renovation of our spa facilities, expansion of our programming, and refinement of our offerings, we are excited to welcome guests back to a fully renewed Seawater Spa oasis at Gurney’s Montauk Resort. Our updated spa offerings are all inspired by the sea — including bespoke services, thalassotherapy-inspired treatments, and more.

The Seawater Spa at Gurney’s Montauk is a full-service health and wellbeing sanctuary with sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean and the resort’s 2,000-foot stretch of private beach. With the goal of curating an unparalleled holistic experience, the resort has tapped some of the leading partners in the spa space, including Alonso Designs (the team behind Manhattan’s beloved spa Aire Ancient Baths), to treatment experts like Dr. Dennis Gross, along with some of the top beauty and wellness brands such as Biologique Recherche, OSEA, Voya, One Ocean Beauty and Aesop. 

Our thoughtful renovation is nothing short of a sea change; an all-new bathhouse experience includes a caldarium, thermae baths, sauna and steam, a salt room, indoor-outdoor treatment suites overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. We’re also introducing a curated year-round wellness space that includes state of the art cardio and weight equipment, a movement studio, and areas for group activities. Our saltwater swimming pool, fed by the Atlantic Ocean, has been fully renovated and the experience expanded. The pool is complemented by a large caldarium, thermae, and a dual frigidarium — all with direct ocean views. Newly designed treatment rooms featuring indoor/outdoor space will offer advanced skincare treatments, hydrotherapy, and full-body treatments.
