Visitors are invited to join us for daily wellness classes, Summer Fitness Series workouts (tickets required), drinks and dining, and live music throughout the holiday weekend. Please review the seating and entry policies for each of our venues before arrival and note that reservations are highly encouraged over the busy holiday period.

The SoulCycle Signature 45-minute class is a high-intensity, rhythm-based indoor cycling workout. Set overlooking the ocean to curated playlists, it combines cardio, full-body choreography, and upper-body weight work for a full-body sweat and mental reset.

He returns to Gurney's Montauk for a strength and conditioning class, think weights and a short beach run, focused on the whole body. Come ready to build strength, sharpen your form, and kick off the holiday weekend feeling stronger and fully alive. No experience required.

Known for high-intensity, strength-focused group workouts, OG is reimagining their training for the rooftop setting - maintaining the intensity while bringing their unmatched energy to the beach.
This powerful session fuses heart-pumping HIIT with resistance training and functional strength, using both equipment and bodyweight to challenge every muscle group for an all-encompassing fitness experience. You’ll move with intention, push past comfort zones, and finish feeling stronger, more connected, and fully alive.
