What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in begins at 4:00PM, and check-out is at 11:30PM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. Please contact our team in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your schedule.

RESERVATIONS & POLICIES

What is the Gurney’s cancellation policy?

Cancellation policies vary depending on the season. 
 

September 1st - June 30th arrival date:

Cancellations made at least 14 Days prior to arrival date will receive a full refund of the deposit. Any cancellations made after this date are subject to deposit forfeiture. 
 

July 1st - August 31 arrival date:

Cancellations made at least 30 Days prior to arrival date will receive a full refund of the deposit. Any cancellations made after this date are subject to deposit forfeiture. 

Valid cancellations require a system-generated Cancellation Number.
 

Does Gurney’s require a deposit when booking?

Yes, 1st night deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

September 1st - June 30th arrival date:

The remainder of your stay deposit will be collected 14 days prior to arrival.

July 1st - August 31 arrival date:

The remainder of your stay deposit will be collected 30 days prior to arrival.

If you are booking a reservation less than 14 days prior to arrival September 1st - June 30th and less than 30 days prior to arrival July 1st - August 31st full deposit is required. 
 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. 
 

Are there any additional fees?

All room rates are subject to 20% Resort Fee and applicable taxes. The resort fee includes valet parking, access to The Seawater Spa BathHouse and pool, fitness facilities and daily wellness classes, seasonal amenities and programming, in-room coffee, espresso, tea and bottled water, and property-wide Wi-Fi. 
 

Can I modify my reservation?

Yes, reservation changes can be made based on availability. Please contact us as soon as possible to adjust your stay dates or details at [email protected] or by calling 833-235-6500. 
 

What is the minimum age to check in at Gurney's?

Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check in. Valid government-issued ID will be required at check-in. Please contact us in advance if you have any questions regarding our age policy.

 

ARRIVAL & TRANSPORTATION

Does Gurney’s offer parking?

Yes, we offer complimentary valet parking for our guests. 
 

Is airport transportation available?

Our Guest Relations team can assist with arranging airport transportation to and from MOntauk Private Airport.  Advance reservations are required.
 

How far is Gurney’s from New York City?

We are approximately 118 miles from New York City.  (190 km) east of New York City. Depending on your mode of transport and traffic conditions, travel time typically ranges from 2.5 to 4 hours.

What amenities are included in the rooms?

All rooms feature Wi-Fi, TV, coffee maker, luxury linens, etc. Select rooms may include additional features such as kitchenette or kitchen. 
 

Is Gurney’s pet-friendly?

Yes. We welcome dogs weighing 40 lbs. or less for a fee of $75 per night.  in select accommodations. With the exclusion of service dogs, animals are prohibited from entering food and beverage outlets, the Seawater Spa, and the pool
 

Is Gurney’s family-friendly?

Yes, we welcome families and offer amenities and activities suitable for guests of all ages.

Does Gurney’s have on-site dining options?

Yes, we offer on-site dining at various outlets on property. 

Gigi’s, our signature restaurant offers a dining experience inspired by coastal flavors, showcasing the freshest local and seasonal ingredients. With a focus on seafood and steak, our menu is crafted for sharing, uniting diners through vibrant and flavorful dishes. Guests can enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner, and  cocktails in a welcoming atmosphere. 

Dune Cafe offers expertly brewed coffee or a selection of fresh juices, and delicious pastries. 

Our cozy Dune café is the perfect escape for a quiet moment, a productive afternoon, or a catch-up with a friend. Join us for breakfast or lunch!

In the Summer we also offer dining options at The Beach Club and The Firepit.

Yes, our Seawater Spa  offers a range of treatments including massages, facials, and body treatments.  
 

What are the spa hours at Gurney's? 

Our spa is open 7 days a week from 8:00AM to 8:00PM. The Bathhouse is open from 9:00AM to 8:00PM. Treatments are being offered between 10:00AM and 8:00PM. Hours may vary seasonally. We recommend booking treatments in advance to secure your preferred time.
 

Is there a fitness center at Gurney’s?

Yes, our fitness center is available to guests and includes a weight room, cardio room, and outdoor movement space. It is open 24/7 
 

What activities or experiences are there at Gurney’s?

We offer a variety of activities such as Fitness classes, mixology classes, wine dinner, Kids Club and more allowing guests to make the most of their stay.


What are the pool hours at Gurney's? 

Our pool is available to guests Daily from 8:00AM to 8:00PM. Adult Lap Swim is from 8:00AM to 10:00AM. Hours may vary by season or weather conditions. Please check with the Spa desk for current availability during your stay.
 

Does Gurney's have private beach access? 

Yes, Gurney's offers a 2,000-foot stretch of pristine sand, reserved for the privileged use of our guests. Beach chairs and umbrellas are reserved for resort guests at no charge. Day  visitors can enjoy renting our Daybeds or Lounge Sofas, or take a seat at the bar. Please check with our team for seasonal availability and any applicable guidelines.
