Gurney’s Montauk’s Summer Fitness Series is supported by a curated group of wellness partners enhancing the guest experience from movement to recovery. Join SotoMethod and Beyond Yoga at Gurney’s Montauk for a signature SotoSweat class led by founder Hilary Hoffman.
SotoMethod is a dynamic, time-efficient fitness method that blends cardio and sculpting movements to deliver a full-body workout. Developed by founder Hilary Hoffman, the method is built around the principle of “Sixty On. Ten On.” - where each workout block begins with a 60-second isometric hold followed by ten dynamic movements, creating a structured, low-impact workout designed to build strength, endurance, and consistency.
Following class, attendees are invited to stay and enjoy a morning of movement, recovery, and coastal wellness - featuring curated gift bags, Cowboy Colostrum matcha topped with their signature Cowboy Cold Foam, and a custom bun + braid bar by Allyoos.
