Gurney's Summer Fitness Series

Gurney’s Montauk’s Summer Fitness Series is supported by a curated group of wellness partners enhancing the guest experience from movement to recovery. Saturday May 23
9:00am - 1:00pm Dale Moss Event

Join us for an unforgettable Summer Kick Off, on the Gurney's Roof Deck. Dale is a former American football player who gained prominence as a contestant on The Bachelorette. Dale is known for his athletic background, including his time in the NFL and as a college basketball player. Beyond television, he has a successful career as a model, host, and producer, working with global brands and platforms. 

9:00am I Guest Arrival and Welcome

Guests arrive to rooftop check -in with ocean views, wellness refreshments and light bites. Gift bags handed upon entry. Dale Moss and Kenny welcome the group and set intentions. 

9:30am | Signature HITT & Movement Session

High-energy, inclusive HITT-style workout led by Kenny Sanctucci & Dale Moss. Ocean-facing flow with curated music. Designed for content capture and accessibility for all fitness levels. 

10:30am - 1:00pm I Recovery & Cold Plunge Experience

Guided recovery with massage tools, stretching, and optional cold plunge experience with breathwork coaching. Hydration bar includes wellness shots and partner beverage brands
