Gurney’s Montauk’s Summer Fitness Series is supported by a curated group of wellness partners enhancing the guest experience from movement to recovery. Spiritual Gangster invites you to find EUPHORIA with Sydney Burger, founder of global wellbeing brand WELERA WORLD, at Gurney’s Montauk. This 45-minute session flows through dance sculpt, yoga, breath work, and connection in one unreasonably joyous journey. Sydney teaches joy as a healing modality: the goal isn't just a burn, it's JUBILATION. Join Equinox Group Fitness Manager & BODi P90X Super Trainer, Waz Ashayer, for a Raise NYC pop-up at the famous Gurney’s Montauk in the Hamptons! Cultivating the ultimate workout, blending strength, cardio and sculpt into one powerhouse class. There will be goodies from BODi, including the P90X Supplement System and Shakeology. F&B treats from Impact Kitchen and Acai Berry. Beauty products from The Hair Edit, JECT and Jones Road. Join Gurney's and SoulCycle for the ultimate Labor Day Weekend Summer Send Off Hosted by Dale Moss, former NFL athlete, television personality, and global wellness ambassador. Sam Y will be leading 3 rides on the iconic Gurney's Roof Deck, 8:30am, 9:30am, and 11:30am! Brit will lead Soul off the Bike at 10:30am. Join us for the workouts and stay for our Wellness & Recovery Lounge, featuring premium activations from leading partners. Soul Off The Bike
"Soul Off the Bike is a 45-minute, rhythm-based strength training class designed to complement your indoor cycling practice. Rooted in functional movement and coached to the beat, you'll build strength, stability, and power through glute and core activation, lower- and upper-body training, and single-leg stability work. Using light, medium, and heavy dumbbells, this all-levels class is designed to help you move better, ride stronger, and feel your best—on and off the bike."

Signature SoulCycle Class
"The SoulCycle Signature 45-minute class is a high-intensity, rhythm-based indoor cycling workout. Set in a candlelit room to curated playlists, it combines cardio, full-body choreography, and upper-body weight work for a full-body sweat and mental reset."
