MORNING ZEN & STRETCH
A powerful combination of Hatha Yoga and Meditation to start your day with intention and peace, restoring your body to its optimal state 

BEACHFRONT BARRE & SCULPT
Join us at the Beach Club for this Barre & Sculpt session. Use your own body weight to add definition to your physique with high reps and isometric holds 

SLOW FLOW YOGA
This type of yoga focuses on alignment, while slowly moving and transitioning with your breath 

MINDFUL BEACH “LOCAL” WALK
Join us at the Beach Club for some breath work and mindfulness before heading out on a power walk to learn about Montauk. Tennis shoes or bare feet recommended 

VINYASA FLOW YOGA
Vinyasa yoga flows through strong postures while linking breath to movement 

OCEANFRONT TAI CHI
