Class Descriptions

Sculpt & Stretch
A powerful combination of yoga, Pilates, and dance movements, with light weights, booty bands, and magic circles to sculpt, lengthen and strengthen the body. Followed by a restorative stretch to leave you feeling complete and ready to take on your day

Bootcamp
Bootcamp style training that uses a variety of exercises in a circuit for a full-body workout. This is a high-impact class and is open for all levels

Yoga Sculpt
This type of yoga focuses on building strength by using yoga poses, light hand/ankle weights, and booty bands to build heat in the body followed by a deep stretch

Seawater Spa Run/Walk
Join us in the fitness center for a warm up before we head out on Old Montauk Highway for a 5k run or walk

Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Vinyasa yoga flows through strong postures while linking breath to movement. This practice is a more athletic form of yoga

Morning Zen & Tai Chi
Using breath-work, meditation, slow movement and Tai Chi principles, this practice builds focus and the enhances the mind/body connection

Seaside Stretch & Sound Healing
Slow down your mind with deep breathing, meditation, and gentle stretching to increase flexibility, lengthen your muscles, and relax into a sound healing for the ultimate relaxation

Pilates Fusion
Using traditional Pilates mat exercises, this low impact workout focuses on small muscle groups to sculpt, tone, and strengthen

Mindful Movement
Mindful movement heightens mind/body connection using breath work, meditation, Pilates, and yoga. Join us in this practice to add more mindfulness to your movement!
