A dynamic collection of heat therapies and seawater hydrotherapy creates a high-impact contrast thermal bathing circuit to activate daily routines, enhance treatment outcomes and kickstart the body’s self-healing power. Alternating between these hydrothermal features stimulates the circulatory system and stabilizes the nervous system to invigorate the body, strengthen the immune system and improve mental and physical performance. Guests gather to soak, sweat and chill in self-directed fashion or choreographed by the in-house sauna master.
