CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

SUMMER SCULPT
A powerful combination of Pilates and sculpt, to build small muscle groups, to lengthen and strengthen the body.

SEASIDE STRENGTH TRAINING
Bootcamp style training that uses a variety of exercises in a circuit for a full-body workout. This is a high impact class and is open for all levels.

MORNING ZEN
Start your morning with breathwork, meditation, and gentle postures to wake up the mind, body, and breath.

SUMMER STROLL & OCEAN PLUNGE
Join us for a beach walk followed by an ocean cold plunge. *Weather dependent.

YOGA FLOW
Vinyasa yoga flows through strong postures while linking breath to movement. This practice is a more athletic form of yoga.

COASTAL CALM
Using breath-work, meditation, slow movement and stretching, this practice builds focus and enhances the mind/body connection.

SEASIDE STRETCH & BREATHWORK
Slow down your mind with deep breathing, meditation, and gentle stretching to increase flexibility, lengthen your muscles, for the ultimate relaxation.

PILATES SCULPT
Using traditional Pilates mat exercises, this low impact workout focuses on small muscle groups to sculpt, tone, and strengthen.

MINDFUL MOVEMENT
Mindful movement heightens mind/body connection using breath work, meditation, Pilates, and yoga. Join us in this practice to add more mindfulness to your movement!

MINDFUL BEACH WALK
Join us for a mindful beach walk that incorporates breathwork, meditation, and a heightened awareness to our beautiful surroundings.
