This workshop is designed for individuals using GLP-1 agonists (or not) who want to maintain or build muscle mass and strength and will take place in our Fitness Center. This session will cover the fundamentals of strength training, focusing on effective exercises and essential nutrition tips. We’ll also address common challenges faced when on these medications. Gain valuable insights and practical strategies to keep your muscles strong and enhance your overall wellness journey. Class is complimentary for Hotel Guests and $35 for Non-Hotel Guests.

Eric is a strength and conditioning coach, two-time CrossFit Games Masters athlete, and CrossFit Level 2 Coach; he understands the importance of training for an active life. His passion for skiing, surfing, and playing pickleball, along with staying active with his family, requires physical durability. Personal experiences with injuries and surgeries have highlighted the value of strength training, particularly for recovery. With 17 years of coaching and the insight gained from numerous years of living and training, he offers approachable and empowering coaching. Based on the East End of Long Island, NY, he enjoys the ocean and mountains with his family while helping others discover their physical potential, even in later decades.
