Sanctuary encourages guests to ensure all loved ones accompany them during their stay. Our pet-friendly accommodations welcome up to two cats or dogs of 50lbs or less per pet. While the resort does welcome pets, we do not allow any type of animals in Villa Luna, Villa Paz, Villa Mesa, or Villa Norte. For those guests seeking a villa accommodation, please check the availability of Villa Ventana, Villa del Sol or Villa Roca. All pets staying with us receive a welcome letter and an arrival gift upon check-in. Our resort coordinates with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are refreshed at your convenience. A “Pet in Room” door hanger is also provided to ensure privacy as needed. Pet friendly areas are offered throughout the resort, however, pets are not permitted in elements restaurant, Jade Bar, Sanctuary Spa, or the pool area.
