CorePower Yoga is an intensely physical workout rooted in the mindfulness of yoga. The carefully curated, consistent class formats move students to flow and sweat together inside of the largest community of yoga studios in the country. TheCorePower Yoga 2 (C2) class is set to an energizing playlist and is aimed to strengthen, balance and detoxify the entire body and mind as individuals move through more challenging postures and connected breath.
